Campaign Specialist - Working Remote

Global technology company specializing in developing and marketing database software and technology, cloud engineered systems and enterprise software products, and more has an immediate need for a Campaign Specialist.

Campaign Services is a team comprised of Campaign Specialists who are pivotal members of the Company's Marketing Cloud Digital Services team. Campaign Specialists build and deploy cross-channel marketing campaigns on behalf of their clients with quality being the number one concern.

Campaign Services works on many different projects ranging from simple promotional emails to highly dynamic data driven automations with cross-channel orchestration. They typically engage with their clients in three different ways: Ongoing full-service support, project based, or consultative knowledge transfer.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Build, test and launch simple to highly advanced email campaigns and interactive programs using the Responsys Interact® platform on-time, on-budget and without any errors. Other acceptable platforms include: CheetahMail, ExactTarget, IBM's -Silverpop, MailChimp or Epsilon's - Agility Harmony.
• Review project requests from clients to determine how to implement using established processes and best practices, or scope production requirements for custom projects.
• Work within a client team environment providing guidance and mentorship while coordinating marketing efforts.
• Consult with existing clients and prospective clients on technical and/or complex projects.

Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of HTML (email a major plus) and/or quality assurance for interactive campaigns.
• 2-5 years experience in the email marketing or interactive marketing industry desired.
• Ideal candidate will excel at being a team worker, cool under pressure and focused on quality.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related degree

Requirements:
• Commitment to quality and delivering outstanding client experiences and value.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
• Solid knowledge of HTML (hand code only, no WYSIWYG editors), JavaScript, CSS
• Solid knowledge of current standards and web development techniques (W3C standards)
• Solid knowledge of SQL, select statements including the operators where, join, and case
• Solid knowledge of cross-browser and email environments (Firefox, IE, Netscape, AOL)

The following capabilities are ideal, but not required:
• Email deployment experience
• SQL scripting experience
• Web reporting and analytics experience
• API / DB integration experience (e.g. web services)
• Experience in product training
