Campaign Specialist - Retail Marketing

Singlehandedly credited with creating some of the most impactful products of this generation, this leader in consumer electronics is looking for a Marketing Specialist for a 12-month contract position at one of their Santa Clara Valley locations.

In this role, you will work with our client's Retail Marketing team to support the development and execution of world-class online and in-store experiences for seasonal campaigns and product launches. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience building brands through marketing strategy and program management. This person has a deep understanding and passion in technology and digital marketing. Working alongside a team of Marketing Specialists, Product Managers, Merchants, and more, you will be responsible for executing projects from concept through delivery. You possess the organizational skills of a project manager, the pixel-perfect obsession of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with product teams. You are able to take the project and run with it, but also know when to seek help from team members or managers. You strive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations. You are an effective communicator, value interpersonal relationships, and also have exceptional client services skills. You are able to foresee potential roadblocks or conflicts and mitigate while keeping calm under pressure. Your judgement is sound and you make solid decisions even when there are curveballs thrown. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter, a fast learner, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 8 years experience program managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage complex program details while considering each elements impact on the big picture
- Direct experience managing digital assets, from brief to delivery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
- Experience managing assets for multiple languages and countries
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy
- Flexibility in managing requirements in fast-paced and changing environments
- Have a creative mindset with strong knowledge of social content and platforms
- Familiar with industry trends in marketing innovation
- 3+ years of digital/social media campaign experience is a plus
- Grace under pressure – calm and logical problem solving when issues arise
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess proper next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience using project/process management tools
- Comfortable with ambiguity
