JOB TITLE: Campaign Project Manager
DURATION: until end of January 2015 (2.5 month)
RATE: Day rate negotiable, depending on experience
LOCATION: West London

We are looking for a talented Campaign Project Manager to join our client in West London for a 2.5 month contract.

This role requires someone with proven track record in campaign/project management and production knowledge across media, and a practical and systematic approach to delivering complex campaigns.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and have the ability to adapt, with sensitivity, to different the different working styles of colleagues across the wider business, as well as maintain calm confidence under pressure. You should enjoy working in a fast pace, high impact creative environment.

Lead the project management/campaign development of multi-faceted advertising campaigns across business channels

Working in partnership with Marketing and other business areas, you will be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end delivery of concept through to delivery excellence; ensuring projects with complex operational processes stay on track.

You should be as experienced in juggling multiple stakeholders as you are with developing and executing against a day-to-day project management matrix.

• Works with marketing, creatives, planners & production to deliver against the strategy and overall ambition of the project/campaign
• Manage stakeholders, their expectations, and hold them accountable for agreed upon timings based on a clear forward plan
• Be ahead of all internal creative reviews and ensure teams are working to agreed milestones
• Create, develop, manage and drive forward daily a detailed, internal agency project plan with all major actions & milestones, distributed weekly to creative, planning, production and marketing
• Primary contact, responsible for maintaining solid, regular communication with key stakeholders, holding them to account for delivery of their responsibilities within project plans, whilst always managing expectation and flagging delays/risks
• Own/lead meeting agendas, including the capturing and distribution of detailed notes and next steps for creative reviews and internal meetings
• Drive the sign off process for campaigns, flag/escalate consequences, and manage complexity & “plate juggling” around operational processes

• 5+ years experience running end-to-end campaign project plans in a creative/advertising agency
• Experience creating and maintaining timing plans as well as the ability to produce well-written status reports
• Excellent working relationship with all internal teams – build mutually beneficial relationships based on a collaborative approach
• Ability to build and maintain excellent, on-going working relationships with client partners, demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude providing a credible and valuable point of view
• Solid handle of the commercial side of the job, efficiently managing projects through on budget
• Demonstrative experience with managing campaigns – delivering creative excellence, maintaining high levels of detail, and running processes
