Campaign Project Manager

The (TA) Talent Acquisition, Campaign Project Manager is an integral part of the HR team responsible for implementing TA projects and programs by collaborating with team members, cross-functional partners, agencies, and the business. The Campaign Project Manager is responsible for driving and executing all aspects of designated project & programs including timelines, communications, reporting and measurement.

1. Project Management (75%)
• Facilitates the implementation of projects and programs to support Talent Acquisition such as recruitment marketing, social media or advertising
• In partnership with key stakeholders, identifies goals, success criteria, risks and potential issues with programs/initiatives.
• Consults with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives and prioritizes and aligns work to corporate strategies and goals
• Implement creative and highly measurable media programs, events and campaigns.
• Creates, communicates and manages project/initiative timelines
• Manages relationships with agency partners, media and leadership
• Tracks all recruitment marketing, social media or advertising campaigns

2. Project Coordination (25%)
• Create editorial calendar, identify content, and copy writing to support editorial calendar and TA objectives.
• Update social media dashboard across both brands and report success and lessons learned. Actively listen to the social media community and regularly report on findings.
• Establish, track and assure adherence to budgets, launch schedules, campaign and marketing objectives
• Plan events for small and large scale TA recruitment activities such as: open house, career fair, interview days, meet ups and conferences
• Order catering, décor and signage to support events
• Manage invitations, confirmations and audience experience
• Calendar management for all campaign initiatives

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications:
• Advanced Excel skills,

2) Preferred educational level:
• BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business or Marketing

3) Experience:
• 5+ years progressive work experience in human resources and/or project or program management with a focus on recruitment marketing, social media or advertising
• 5+ years experience launching successful marketing or advertising campaigns in a high volume and high pace environment
