Our client, a local agency, is partnering with a global footwear company to add to their growing team. As the Campaign Project Manager you will be an integral part of the digital commerce team, working directly with internal stakeholders to drive projects from start to finish. This is a full time contract to hire position. Drive targeted communications production process for email campaigns and triggers, including:
Communication with email vendor/internal partners to ensure alignment on deliverables
Partner with digital team to drive project scoping and email development
Provide project status updates/recaps to key stakeholders
Communicate asset, proofing and approval deadlines to stakeholders, and main point of contact/liaison for stakeholders and email vendor
Review assets, links and audience to ensure they align. Partner with the team as necessary.
Submit assets to email vendor
Proof emails for link accuracy, tracking, and functionality
Final approver of email (with stakeholder sign-off)
Partner with Project Manager on maintenance of production-related tools (calendar, tracker, etc).
Ability to work off-hours as needed for launches, etc.
Requirements for the position include: Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of email production experience, preferably in a retail/commerce environment
Strong communication skills required
Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams
Experience working with Technical teams, and ability to understand how business needs translate into technical needs align
Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a diverse team environment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a varied workload with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity
