Campaign Project Manager - Broadcasting

A large broadcaster based in West London is looking for a Campaign Project Manager for a 3 month rolling contract.

The purpose of this role is to lead the project management/campaign development of multi-faceted advertising campaigns across a range of prestigious channels.

Working in partnership with Marketing, you will be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end delivery of concept through to delivery.

You should be as experienced in juggling multiple stakeholders as you are with developing and executing against a day-to-day project management matrix.

Accountabilities:

Works with marketing, creatives, planners, & production to deliver against the strategy
Manage stakeholders
Be ahead of all internal creative reviews and ensure teams are working to agreed milestones
Create, develop, manage and drive forward daily a detailed, internal agency project
Primary contact within creative
Own/lead meeting agendas
Drive the sign off process for campaigns, flag/escalate consequences, and manage complexity & “plate juggling” around operational processes

This role requires someone with proven track record in campaign/project management and production knowledge across media, and a practical and systematic approach to delivering complex campaigns. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and have the ability to adapt, with sensitivity, to different the different working styles of colleagues across the wider business, as well as maintain calm confidence under pressure. You should have a love of TV and enjoy working in a high pace, high impact creative environment.
