Campaign Project Lead (Traffic/PM)

This role is a blend of project management and traffic coordination skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization/accuracy/follow through skills, strong attention to detail, demonstrates agility to work in a fast-paced production environment.

This role is task execution related, not a strategic planning role. Must be a "doer" and work collaboratively with creative and production teams. Experience with digital production in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment is a MUST.

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Traffic a variety of work including individual pieces, emails, digital deliverables, print pieces, PowerPoint presentations, etc.

This includes:
- Assisting in the assignment of project tasks and the communication of those assignments
- Clearly defining, where necessary, roles and responsibilities within a campaign
- Overseeing workflow management
- Attending meetings with marketing and business partners and providing updates as required
- Communicating milestones, deadlines, dependencies, risks and any changes
- Job tracking and record keeping, particularly with regard to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Communicate changes as needed
- Keep the Campaign Manager informed of all developments in a campaign

A Successful Candidate:

-Demonstrates a full knowledge level in the assigned area and works under direction only as needed; guides the full life cycle for campaign management projects of varying complexity, including planning, organization, implementation, and ongoing communication

-Demonstrates experience creating schedules and project plans with deliverables across print and digital channels

-Demonstrates strong production coordination skills including facilitating meetings, maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, problem solving, and escalating issues as appropriate

-Demonstrates experience as being self-starting, self-directing, and accountable for delivering on assigned work

-Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships inside and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives

-Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; strong grammar and syntax skills; strong presentation skills; strong inter-personal skills

-Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of associates, senior business leaders, and/or vendors

-Demonstrates strong/meticulous detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines

-Demonstrates proven experience in a high-volume department where multi-tasking and a high level of detail and accountability was required

-Core competencies include: problem solving skills, interpersonal savviness, organizational agility (willingness to learn and adopt new ways of working), building effective relationships, working effective in ambiguity, and flexibility

-Requires at least 3-5+ years of Traffic/Project Coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a marketing department or advertising agency
