Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Campaign Project Lead (Project Manager) on a 6+ month contract basis.

Overview:
This role seeks a candidate with solid technical experience as a Campaign Project Lead. There are heavy production and process driven responsibilities. This individual will learn an internal Dealer Filing process, will execute projects based from the system to create guidelines and train others on its usage. Additional responsibilities include coordinating multiple given tasks, process document workflow and maintain accurate data within the Dealer Filing system.

Dealer Filing responsibilities encompass learning the dealer filing process, identify the contents for each firm, track information in system, provide timely notification to firms and is the point of contact for this work. Training is provided to learn the dealer filing process. The individual will communicate status updates to the campaign management, marketing and other departments.

Requirements and Skills:
• Identifying content type, creating timeline schedules, tracking data, follow-up, and communication to other groups
• Problem solving to coordinate moving the filing process into the work management tool
• Train others on the new process
• Ability to learn quickly and documents processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent follow-through and organization skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Manage relationships with various teams and dealer firms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
