Campaign Program Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Campaign Program Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and

processes that drive our digital marketing campaigns. This position engages with multiple

marketing channels and interacts with various divisional and business functions to drive the

success of our cross divisional, cross channel marketing campaigns.

Applicants should have a strong background in integrated marketing. Candidates must possess

strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. A desire to find

efficiency in everyday processes and relentless attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

 Partner with Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analysts, Creative Services and

Brand to develop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.

 Schedule and manage individual campaign project milestones and tasks; scheduling and

coordinating digital analysts, creative, and other required resources; and overall final

delivery.

 Coordinate between execution specialists within various digital channels such as email, paid

advertising and social to ensure integrated execution.

 Lead and coordinate campaign planning meetings, campaign kickoff calls, and campaign

status updates.

 Partner with Data Operations to understand and propose targeting opportunities.

 Partner with Analytics Team to test, evaluate, report, and measure marketing results and

react appropriately leading optimization efforts.

 Ensure that campaigns are implemented correctly, efficiently, deadlines are met, and

execution is flawless.

 Ability to foresee potential obstacles well in advance of campaign launch dates and to

problem solve in order to ensure all deadlines are met.

 Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree

 5+ years relevant experience

 Must have experience in integrated marketing campaign strategy and planning.

 Well-rounded digital marketing professional familiar with industry best practices

(inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.)

 Ability to work effectively with remote teams (virtual team environment)

 Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to thrive under tight deadlines

in a dynamic environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
