Our client has a unique opportunity for a smart, driven performer to be part of the core team. We are seeking an energetic contributor, with a strong record of performance, to operate end-to-end custom ad management and implementation for multiple opportunities, specifically those encompassing custom integration, complex ad banner and nonstandard inventory ad units. This role would support post-sale implementation of Premium Format executions.

Qualifications
• Management of key complex launches with custom and/or integrated elements across O&O channels

• Lead creative concept "kick off" call with client/agency and sales

• Produce project plans per custom ad campaign outlining creative specifications, lead times and due dates

• Works externally on a daily basis with agency and advertiser clientele to secure creative approvals, communicate needs, timelines, and level set expectations

• Works effectively across multiple internal teams and divisions (editorial, design, technical development, ad operations, and sales) to create and implement custom integrated advertising solutions

• Provide elevated level of customer service and custom account management

• Monitor & provide reporting on custom ad performance

• Solves complex problems requiring some independent thinking

Required skills and experience:

• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to constantly adapt to change and use change as an opportunity

• Experience in online media monetization

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Track record of exceptional performance

• Ability to operate under consistent pressure in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

• Creative problem solving

• Ability to manage/experience managing projects that span across an organization

• Customer service or account management experience

• Knowledge of and/or abilities in digital advertising/marketing; industry news/trends; understanding of online syndicated media research

• Technical acumen
