Campaign Performance Manager - eCommerce

Firebrand is pleased to be representing the undisputed king of the eCommerce space, a global giant when it comes to websites, and very much now a household name.

Newly created, this role sits within the online merchandising team responsible for the monetisation of the website itself by way of onsite placements to ensure that accurate and relevant products and offers are being served to the right customer at the right time.

Specifically this role is responsible for the scheduling and reporting of site merchandising activity. Applying data analysis then taking insight from these results to consistently fine tune and refine the customers online experience. You’ll not only find yourself knee deep in the metrics behind the campaigns, but also at the forefront of the results as you’ll act as a pivotal link between your team and the Sales and Ad Sales teams.

From the initial development and management of content schedules you’ll be actively involved in every campaign right from its inception. Working with business units across the organisation to align merchandising priorities, the expectation of you will be to effectively measure campaign performance, develop dashboards, and communicate insights both locally and across the wider organisation including the US and EU offices.

This is a data driven role. Your success in this position will be based upon your ability to monitor, report, refine and present your recommendations to a myriad of critical stakeholders as to how to make things better online.

Ideal for a current campaign performance manager / campaign optimisation specialist within a transactional eCommerce business already, or a Media Agency Planner keen to make the switch to a client side position this is a roll up your sleeves and get stuck in opportunity of a life time.
