Campaign Optimization Specialist

We're seeking a Campaign Optimization Specialist who is passionate about improving conversion and revenue to work their magic across our portfolio of brands. You'll analyze website traffic along with other data sources for trends and use patterns to identify and quantify customer habits and behavior and recommend modifications to maximize traffic, customer satisfaction, capture and sales generation. Candidates should have a strategic digital testing (A/B & MVT) background and have experience improving online conversion funnels from various data sources.

A Campaign Conversion Optimization Specialist should be a motivated self-starter that lives for data and isn't afraid to pave the way for this new position!
Business objectives and measurements of success: online leads, opportunities and sales; category conversion; online customer satisfaction
Responsibilities Include:
The main duties of this individual will be to support various projects within the Integrated Marketing team. This would include but not be limited to:

Develop & drive sound recommendations/action plans based on insights from data analysis to optimize revenue

Monitor performance KPIs and recognize changes in trends for immediate action post site releases
Monitor long term impact of new product features released on site, and have previous experience in A/B Testing
Assist in designing, developing and launching testing, targeting and optimization activities across all our business units
Structure, build, and track tests on homepages, category and product pages, landing pages, shopping carts and download forms
Test marketing messages, product descriptions, calls-to-action, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, target URLs behind a link, etc.
Translate both qualitative and quantitative test results into actionable business insights
Optimize site/page performance to increase clicks, conversions & average order value
Report on the progress of conversion optimization on a weekly and monthly basis through the delivery of key performance indicator reports and conversion test logs
Synthesize data/research from multiple sources to define testing thresholds and better understand test outcomes
Ensure site architecture and site optimization strategy keep pace with evolving organic search practices
Work with the Marketing Team to increase conversion rates and ROI of digital marketing & site campaigns
Focus on driving campaign performance through optimization techniques
Understand the technical drivers and capabilities of the client's platform and how that impacts the performance of campaigns
Consult with various internal functional teams with campaign recommendations which result in improved performance
Challenge and question existing key performance metrics to ensure each unique test is measured accurately.
Act as a subject-matter expert on all aspects of testing, optimization, targeting, hypothesis design, statistical methods, and related toolsets currently in use by the client.
Use analytical thinking and leverage data to increase site revenue
Design and develop customer segmentation, messaging and analysis for all digital marketing campaigns through our marketing automation platform
Working with the Digital Marketing Analytics team to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels through KPI management and ROI marketing metrics.

Analyzes and reports on performance by managing website KPIs: category conversion, site exit rate, AOV, abandon cart, etc.
Skills: Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

3 to 5 years' experience with emphasis in digital marketing, digital analytics, ecommerce and lead generation programs preferred
Previous experience executing digital marketing campaigns preferred.
Understanding of direct response techniques such as segmentation, targeting and testing
Problem solving skills are critical - must have the ability to drive projects and understand/work through the tasks given.
Must be detail oriented - must have the ability to identify and resolve problems and complete tasks with attention to detail.
Strong business acumen, marketing experience, and customer focus are essential.
Strong understanding of web analytics metrics and how they are calculated.
Able to act in a highly autonomous capacity and work on the most complex problems with corporate visibility.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget
Able to work collaboratively across functional groups, yet willing to challenge merchandising decisions that do not align with eCommerce strategy
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gain consensus and facilitate decision making processes within a matrixed environment
Experience with a marketing automation tools and Adobe Analytics highly desirable.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem

Education: Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in statistical analysis, marketing, business administration, or communications or other related work experience preferred
