Campaign Marketing Manager

The position will deliver support for acquisition and local area marketing efforts and explore and exploit opportunities to cost effectively meet acquisition targets.

Initially this is a one year contract with a view to extend for the right candidate.

Major accountabilities of position

• Ensure integration of National Acquisition Campaigns through all other areas of Marketing Team Online/Local Area Marketing/Comms etc
• Work with Local Area Marketing Manager to ensure Local Area Marketing programs dovetail into National Campaigns
• Support Senior Manager Brand and Acquisition Marketing in planning and implementation of individual projects
• Support Local Area Marketing Manager to deliver local area marketing within the franchise channel for home loans
• Manage advertising / media and production costs to within budget
• To develop and manage professional productive relationships with key suppliers and ensure they understand and support objectives
• Franchisee requests to be responded to and implemented within agreed SLA’s.
• Templates and campaign support material to be developed to suit franchise, business and campaign needs
• Brief and supervise graphic designers to personalise templates for individual franchisees and develop custom franchisee communications where required
• Event Management
• Promotions to be completed to schedule and high standard
• Regular maintenance and review of the Local Area Marketing site using a content management system
• Supplier management

• Communication – clear & appropriate verbal & written expression
• Problem Solving – committing to an action after developing alternative courses of action which take into consideration resources, constraints & organisational values
• Marketing – understanding the brand and acquisition marketing strategy and development of implementation plan

Skills Required

• Min 5 years marketing experience (acquisition marketing experience preferable)
• Previous experience in briefing and directing advertising agencies
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Sound time management and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate independently
• Proactive and has sound judgement
• Team player
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications – word, excel, powerpoint,
• Experience with content management systems
