Campaign Manager

Global insurance firm

Candidate develops and executes multi-product marketing plans and initiatives, promotions, and communications targeted to high profile/complex sponsor groups.
This person is responsible for measuring campaign results to manage/modify the ongoing marketing communications for multi-products through multiple distribution channels.
The Senior Marketing Account Consultant will represent the marketing team for high profile in-person prospect/sales meetings.

Functional Responsibilities

• Day-to-day marketing contact working directly with sponsors/brokers to determine appropriate marketing strategy and channel mix based on formal and informal data gathering and experience
• Oversee and coordinate production and execution of all components of the customized multi-channel direct marketing plan, including lead generation materials such as the direct mail campaigns, digital and any supplemental communications
• Define marketing requirements and opportunities to improve profitability
• Provide management with sound market intelligence to formulate market strategies
• Manage products through building and maintaining brand awareness
• Assist in lead generation and data mining activities
• Develop and provide support to marketing communication programs and uses media such as text, audio-visual, graphic, photographic or web to raise customer awareness of product offerings
• Assist in implementing strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned product line(s)
• Partner with sales, administration, legal and marketing operation to ensure flawless communication campaigns
• Assist marketing manager in strategic and tactical development
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Provide guidance/assistance to junior team members in their day-to-day responsibilities

Required Experience:
• 5+ years Direct Marketing Experience
• Project Management or Project Lead experience
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal and external resources
• Knowledge of insurance products
• Previous experience creating and giving presentations to external clients
