Campaign Manager, Display Advertising

The Display Programmatic Operator is tasked with managing the display programmatic and real-time bidding advertising of company and its various entities in the US, Canada and Europe. The right individual will manage a large number of concurrent campaigns with full responsibility of budget, performances and goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities
You will need to demonstrate hands on experience of managing multiple direct response campaigns simultaneously and a deep understanding of ad-technology, ad-serving, real-time bidding, programmatic display and optimization of campaign performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage in-house trading of programmatic and real-time bidding performance display campaigns (campaign set up, execution, optimization and reporting)
• Day by day optimization of the campaigns based on results
• Produce clear and detailed reporting on channel/campaign/test performance analysis, leading to data driven decisions that drive business results
• Create and execute test roadmap on bidding, creative, targeting
• Work in parallel on multiple DSPs and allocate the budget across the DSPs to maximize the performance of the campaigns
• Work closely with the Display Programmatic Lead to ensure that a “test-measure-learn” approach is applied to new and existing campaigns
• Maintain and develop key relationships across internal teams: product, CRM, display country managers
• Stay on top of programmatic industry trends
