Campaign Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong outcome focused marketing professional to join a well-established and rapidly expanding professional firm.

This role requires a broad marketing skill set with ability to both leverage and gain the support of specialists and their partners, and a can-do approach to help deliver end to end engagement plans and campaigns. While there is a strong digital component to this role, it will require a multi-channel approach.

Key Responsibilities

 developing and refining their value proposition for different channels

 understanding target clients personas within a broad range of channels including partnerships (community and business) and internal nurture programs

 building and leading the delivery of engagement and acquisition plans (campaigns) for each partnership and channel

 ensuring appropriate reporting is in place

 building mutually beneficial relationships

 working with their content team to tailor insights and offers for partnerships and channels

 working with internal stakeholders to develop our nurture programs for different personas (helping move people from unaware to ready to engage with them)

 leadership on face-to-face seminars and events being delivered

 leadership of general marketing and information documents for distribution

 input into tender and pitch documents.

Skills and Qualifications

 tertiary degree in marketing

 8+ years marketing experience with strong bias towards client acquisition preferably in complex sale environment (either B2C or B2B)

 strong digital marketing experience and appreciation of needs of consumers who are early in their buying cycle

 digital acquisition experience preferred

 financial services experience and licensing experience a benefit

 demonstration of strong teamwork which is a key characteristic of their team

 excellent stakeholder engagement – both internal and external

 high level of confidence and self-belief - to be brave and try new things

 strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

 excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
