Campaign Manager

The role of the Campaign Manager will develop and execute multi-product marketing plans (auto, home as well as guaranteed life insurance) targeted to high profile sponsor groups (associations & affinity groups, e.g. credit unions, publication subscription lists). This person is responsible for measuring campaign results to manage/modify the ongoing marketing communications for multi-products through multiple direct marketing distribution channels.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the day-to-day marketing contact interfacing directly with internal teams to determine appropriate marketing strategy and channel mix.
• Oversee and coordinate production and execution of all components of the customized multi-channel direct marketing plan (postcard, email, newsletters, flyers, online banners, direct mail), including lead generation materials.
• Define marketing requirements and opportunities to improve profitability
• Manage products through building and maintaining brand awareness
• Assist in lead generation and data mining activities
• Assist in implementing strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned product line(s)
• Partner with sales, administration, legal and marketing operation to ensure flawless communication campaigns
• Assist marketing manager in strategic and tactical development

Required Experience:
• 5+ years Direct Marketing Experience
• Project Management or Project Lead experience
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal and external resources
• Knowledge of insurance products
• Previous experience creating and giving presentations to external clients
