You will contribute to our Financial Media Client’s Digital Ad Solutions growth and success by providing their sales teams with outstanding service and support as well as strategic insights on our products and site, in particular on our targeting capabilities and optimization. You will deliver successful advertising campaigns against client objectives and revenue forecasts, and provide the best possible service by fostering relationships with both internal and external clients. Focus on key areas: Delivery, Service, and Quality. The Campaign Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the ad operations process for international ad campaigns on the our client’s network. This includes ad trafficking, optimization, reporting, and customer service. The position is based in London and reports to the Associate Director – Digital Ad Solutions.
This role requires an understanding of ad serving technologies, trends, advertiser and media business models and sales/marketing principals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Traffic and maintain display ad campaigns on the network, ensuring that deal terms are met including delivery rates, start and end date, reporting requirements, etc.
- Pre-sales efforts including IO generation and availability forecasts.
- Work with various internal departments and 3rd party vendors to facilitate the implementation of integrated campaign elements, including online, mobile web/app and video ad serving.
- Maintain and communicate technical specs to sales, clients and agencies.
- Secure and test campaign creative for spec compliance
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to ensure full delivery and maximize creative performance.
- Troubleshoot operational campaign issues with both internal and external parties.
- Provide insight and analysis into inventory availability across the company’s properties to assist Sales in achieving a maximum sell through rate.
- Gain deep knowledge of different types of creatives, including flash, 3rd party advertising tags (Mediamind,Mediaplex, Atlas, Doubleclick) and content ads; become a proficient user of a suite of systems including Salesforce, Dart, Operative and any other in-house developments.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and agencies.

Requirements
- Understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly DART for Publishers (DFP).
- Understanding of order entry platforms, preferably Operative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and analytical
- A clear understanding of interactive advertising industry
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments.
