Campaign Manager

My client is seeking a campaign manager who has a solid understanding of recruitment and attraction of talent within the market place. They will have a proven background delivering tactical marketing ideally within a global market though this is not essential. They will have taken marketing plans and turned them into reality demonstrating which events they should be targeting to help the talent teams attract the strongest talent within the market place.
They will be able to take goals and turn them in to tangible marketing campaigns whether through gorilla campaigns or similar methods. They will have a proven background of negotiation with the right sources, driving tactical marketing campaigns and have been the operational driver of those campaigns.
Ideally they will have come from a recruitment communications background such as Penna, JWT etc. and will have an online and offline tactical marketing background or will have come from a large online consumer brand.
The Key requirements are:
- Tactical Marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of the latest ways to reach the market and attract key talent
- Measure what they are achieving – strategic approach
- Connecting with other parts of the business – relationship building
They will be a strong collaborator, excellent communication and influencing skills as well as strong relationship builder. They will be self-motivated, driven and adapt quickly within a changeable environment. They will be passionate and engaged, committed to delivering results.
They will be sitting with in a global team of 37 supporting campaigns within 6 geographical locations. They will be able to demonstrate their unique marketing activities and have strong creative copy skills.
This role will have a 2 stage interview process with interviews taking place w/c 5th November.
