Campaign Manager

One of our Fortune 500 clients & Big Four Consulting firms is currently seeking a Campaign Management Manager to join the Marketing Services organization with a primary focus on supporting the Client Experience team within the Market Development organization. This individual will have oversight for the project management and execution of business driven marketing campaigns on time, on schedule and on budget working with our marketing services channels to deliver. This individual will also collaborate closely with the Client Experience Strategic Marketing Planners (SMPs) to ensure the execution of best in class campaigns to client/business stakeholders.

This position will report directly to the Campaign Management, Manager and will work closely with peers in the Campaign Management team to achieve organization objectives and goals. Geographic location for this position is flexible.

Direct responsibilities include the following:

· Collaborate closely with aligned SMPs to identify and develop tactical elements that support the marketing campaign execution strategy and plan as outlined in the strategic brief

· Serve as the liaison and single point of contact (SPOC) between our Marketing Services channels and BCMO/SMPs to ensure campaign goals are being met

• Oversee the campaign management execution process; lead the campaign set up, briefing process with SMPs, execution, budget management, measurement, and approval processes (includes MIX oversight)

• Collaborate with our extended Marketing Services team as appropriate to coordinate and execute campaign activities and resolve issues throughout the process

• Direct Marketing Services capabilities/resources, as appropriate, to execute campaign activities and achieve campaign goals

• Manage to campaign calendars established and agreed to by the SMP, Campaign Management and marketing services delivery channels (e.g. managing launch and close schedules, etc.)

• Ensure all campaign elements invoke brand standards, are cutting edge, and are of the highest quality







Qualifications and requirements include the following:

· Proven ability to contribute to marketing program execution: Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality results

· Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship development skills a priority

· Executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative

· Deep understanding of the professional services business and its strategies a plus

· Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results

· Strong persuasive skills; able to gain consensus through influence

· Previous experience in a marketing/ad agency and/or professional services firm preferred

· Demonstrated ability to work well in a complex, matrix-managed organization; and demonstrated ability to work well within teams, both in person and virtually

· Professional client service manner, responsiveness, flexibility, and adaptability

· Undergraduate degree required, with a focus in marketing, communications, or a related business field preferred

· 5-10 years of prior, relevant marketing experience required: Knowledge of marketing fundamentals with a focus on marketing strategy and execution in the business-to-business arena

· Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts; knowledge of Internet navigation and research
