Campaign Manager - Display Advertising

Looking for a very proactive and collaborative talent to join the team....Our clients display advertising team is looking for a Campaign Manager to manage the operations of our internal display advertising programs across web, mobile, and video channels. Our client is uniquely positioned to leverage our culture of customer obsession to build great customer experiences, relevant ads, and change the digital advertising industry. As a campaign manager, you will work closely with a growing team of marketers developing programs supporting different parts of the clients business.

The desire to work in a creative, fast-paced, and data driven environment with a high performance team is essential. An individual with attention to detail, an ability to manage conflicting priorities, and an ability to breakdown multi-layered data will thrive in this position.

Responsibilities Include:
- Partner across marketing, technology, and creative teams to plan, test, optimize, and grow our display program
- Traffic and management web and mobile advertising campaigns using internal tools, DART ad server and other available systems
- Proactive daily analysis and campaign optimization
- Reviewing ad submissions and ensuring that they adhere to technical and creative specifications
- Make recommendations for improving campaign performance, including providing feedback on creative and placement performance.
- Trouble shooting ad serving errors, reporting discrepancies, and broken creative
- Communicate with internal teams to showcase results, progress and drive best future results
- Gather overall as well industry vertical insights through campaign data analysis

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an advertising, operations, or analytical role
- Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging internet-based media.
- Demonstrated success working under tight deadlines, with competing priorities and in a high pressure environment
- Intermediate SQL or Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL, computer coding language, specifically HTML, Java, Flash, and Excel Macros
- Ad operations and experience with Dart, Atlas, or other ad server a plus
- Knowledge of contextual/behavioral advertising and audience segmentation practices
