Campaign Analyst

Exciting opportunity to join a high profile retailer for a Campaign Analyst who is ready to take the next step their career. This role will suit a hands-on camapign analyst who has gained over a years solid experience. You will be a natural communicator who enjoys working in fast paced environment within a dynamic team.

Reporting directly to the Customer Analytics Manager, the Campaign Analyst will be providing analytics support to the marketing department and be responsible for SQL data interrogation, campaign reporting, targeting and optimal database segmentation.

Responsibilities:
Pre and post campaign analysis
Extracting targeted customer lists for DM, eDM, SMS and Push Campaigns
Providing insights to key stakeholders about the appropriateness of different channels and selection criteria
Engage stakeholders across and advocate best practice processes to maintain efficiency and auditability
Data mining, manipulating and analysing internal and external data and provide recommendations for future activities.

Essential Experience Required:
Excellent SQL, data mining
Unica and SAS Enterprise Guide skills preferred
Experience with large customer data sets
Database marketing experience
Strong communications skills
Proactive, inquisitive nature with ability to make effect decisions and recommendations
