Are you a Customer Experience Designer with a real passion to grow and develop your expertise as part of a large and highly supportive creative team?

This is a brand new position within a global business that really recognizes the importance of understanding their diverse portfolio of clients and their needs ultimately shaping their service offering for the better.

This is a varied job communicating best practices and guidelines that support improved customer experience and engagement for the business. With continued support you will be instrumental in researching and validating solutions against client needs.

Day to day

➢ You will provide technical knowledge designing and scoping multiple deliverable solutions across a number of technologies, platforms and customer touch points.
➢ Lead workshops internally and externally – aligning stakeholders on the value of customer experience.
➢ Coordinate and support customer journey mapping activities
➢ Engage with clients to understand and research their needs to re-engineer their business processes as they impact on, and interact with the business.
➢ Designing communication solutions for multi-channel delivery including paper, email, web.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who has 3 years experience consulting in a CX capacity. An understanding of print and digital production would be highly beneficial.
