ABOUT THE ROLE
One of the leading financial companies here in Sydney is looking for a talented CX/UX Program Lead that understands the importance of creating quality, authentic and empathetic experiences for its costumers.
As the CX Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the CX team by creating and delivering the foundation of the customer centric experience for one of their specific brands within the business. You will need to be an excellent communicator, who has strong stakeholder management skills and is prepared to lead day-to-day UX design activities and deliverables. If this sounds like yourself, then this is a great opportunity to truly provide strategic direction at a conceptual schema for a very well known company who's brand will be seen and used by millions of people!
YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN & HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
-Planning, creating and designing high-level customer-centered design experiences
-Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
-Understanding and gathering requirements from stakeholders across the business
-Requirement gathering and analysis
-Research and user testing
-Prototyping, rapid ideation, and testing
-Working collaboratively in a team environment and comfortable leading/guiding more junior team members
