CRO Manager (with training)

Are you a graduating Marketing student or recent Marketing graduate looking to enter one of Australia’s fastest growing areas of Direct Marketing, Advertising and Media?

My entrepreneurial client is the parent company of some of Australia’s most highly visited comparison websites, and they're on the lookout for a smart, driven and hardworking individual to grow into one of our most sought after positions in Conversion Rate Optimisation.

As a CRO manager, your role will focus on improving the quantity and quality of the leads we generate across our financial comparison sites by optimising existing lead funnels (i.e. landing pages, forms, etc.) and creating new ones.


Reporting directly to the CMO, your responsibilities may include the following:

Working with designers, copywriters, and developers to improve the conversion rate of existing landing pages and lead funnels
Formulating, managing, and executing a ‘CRO Roadmap’ strategy on key sites
Regularly reviewing analytics data to understand user behaviour across sites, devices, channels, devices, etc., and drive conversion rate improvements

Your skills / qualifications

Though the following skills and qualifications are preferred, they can offer full training and development for the right candidate.

Experience with a CRO platform (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Convert.com)
Strong knowledge of analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics, KissMetrics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Understanding of landing page / ux best practises. Heatmap, user recording and lead funnel analysis.
Experience with manipulating and analysing data sets (excel, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong people / product management skills
Excellent attention to detail
