Sales Support Specialist

Team/Role Overview
We help businesses, schools and organisations by delivering our cloud-based mail, calendar and document products. Our suite allows organisations to work smarter and run more effectively. In this role, you are the Sales Regional Field Data Quality rep, providing support to the Field Sales Organisation by working directly with Sales Operations on any outstanding Data Quality issues in SalesForce (CRM system). The overall target is to reduce to data quality issues to 0 and ensure that all the information in SFDC is relevant and complete.

Core day to day tasks:
Work directly with a team of 15 sales people to identify the errors in their accounts and to update them in SFDC. These may include incorrect territory mapping, incorrect values or incomplete contacts loaded. Your day to day will be to sit with the sales reps to identify the errors and to systematically update them in the system so it is fully accurate. You will also work with them to build out the data quality around account plans in the systems so their sales activity is systematically captured.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and comfort with numbers is a must.

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to the Team Leaders & Sales Reps to resolve questions and issues with data quality in our CRM system, Salesforce. Support the teams with defined updates that need to be made to ensure contacts and data are correct to support a targeted sales approach. Ensure the link between sales, marketing and partner activity is visible and captured in SFDC. Work with the Sales Reps to improve the quality of account plans as defined by the required fields in SFDC and ensure they are updated.
