Our client is looking to hire experienced CRM Database Marketing professional on a contract to hire basis with a background in CRM and database marketing programs. Working with your team you will be tasked with understand the Customer’s goals and objectives and then responsible for breaking those goals and requirements down into step by step processes. To accomplish this, the program manager will utilize resources such as marketing strategists, creative and format development, list brokerage & data procurement, list processing, database development, analytic services, campaign reporting, email, electronic, on-line and mobile channel techniques and technologies to measure and monitor program performance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serves as liaison between client and CRM/Database Marketing Dept. to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Actively participates in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Work with internal resources to ensure that projects are being implemented on time and within budget.
3. Ability to analyze day-to-day client information, needs and problems, identify solutions, prepare and execute account plans through proposals, presentations and correspondence.
4. Recommend/strategies with clients for continued program improvement throughout the customer relationship.
5. Facilitate campaign financial analysis for assigned client projects such as cost to communicate, revenue generation and campaign ROI.
6. Program project management including development of timelines utilizing MS Project
7. Continuous communication on project status.
8. Work with other Program Managers within CRM/Database Marketing Dept. to assist in projects and to foster continual growth of the department.
