My large global Pharmaceutical customer is seeking a standout CRM Specialist!!!

The CRM Specialist is responsible for executing multi-tactic, multi-channel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs in support of brand programs. The CRM Specialist will support a Marketing Services Manager (MSM) as part of the Database Marketing Services (DMS) project team. The CRM Specialist will have functional experience in multiple areas such as Data Entry, Fulfillment, Telemarketing, Internet, Email, Database, and Analytics. The CRM Specialist supports the MSM and other DMS functional managers in the execution of various brand programs. The CRM Specialist may also interact with brand, advertising and media agencies, vendors, internal Marketing Services team and extended internal teams to operationalize, execute and optimize online and offline CRM promotional programs. Strong project management skills are required to develop and manage program timelines and budgets.

Skills and Knowledge Desired:
• Possesses CRM technical and functional expertise in developing and integrating multi-channel campaigns.
• Demonstrated project management skills to manage multi-faceted, complex CRM programs both internally and with external partners/suppliers.
• Ability to effectively build, track, and manage CRM program budgets.
• Experience in operationalizing email marketing, direct mail, data entry, telemarketing (inbound and outbound) and digital marketing programs.
• Ability to develop and implement processes that support CRM.
• Demonstrated strong communications, presentation and, relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of company legal, regulatory and privacy rules and impact on brand CRM programs.
• Consumer healthcare and HCP marketing or related experience and knowledge.
• Online and offline CRM analytics experience.

Education & Experience Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree is required with Marketing emphasis preferred
• 3 -5+ years experience of successfully managing CRM initiatives in pharmaceutical and related industries.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel and Visio are preferred.
