CRM Project Specialist

Aquent is actively seeking a Project Specialist with at least two years of project management experience and previous exposure to working within databases. Looking to hire ASAP!

• This position will be a member of the CRM team responsible for project management and project coordination
• This position is responsible oversight and integrity of enterprise customer master data and is responsible for working with the CRM team to assist in establishing the required procedures, controls, metrics, and auditing methodologies to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data.
• This position will assist in the development of CRM best practices and strategies on a global basis for the organization.
• The role requires strong organization skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• This position partners and collaborates with various internal and external stakeholder groups to identify needs, establish objectives, and gather information to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Monitor consumer data quality and watch for issues. Communicate issues to the project managers.
• Monitor the error logs and contact program manager and IS project manager if issues arise
• Identify opportunities for change in functional business systems and communicate these to functional team lead.
• Documentation of new and existing processes and organization of documentation in a systematic, logical manner
• Diagnose issues that occur in the consumer management system by helping to identify the source of the issue
• Clearly establish project goals and objectives and effectively track to project timelines and budgets
• Ability to proactively anticipate potential barriers and develop appropriate actions
• Make impactful decisions, trouble-shoot, and problem-solve
• Develop and implement processes, procedures, and work flows for assigned projects
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to build and maintain the appropriate business rules governing the capture and handling of customer data
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Work closely with customer data owners to fix data errors at the point of origin.
