CRM Product Owner

Our Client is experiencing extensive growth and they're looking to recruit a CRM Product Owner to support the product and client management of their clients CRM services. This isn't a typical Product Owner role, as it will not only require your expertise to assist in the development of the product, but an ability to sell it into the superannuation sector.

Your primary focus will be managing the development of the new CRM products and services as well as overseeing the day-to-day CRM service delivery to their clients. You will be leading a team of highly experienced CRM Gurus and associated suppliers,

Key responsibilities

Supporting a portfolio of clients using their CRM products and services, product marketing, product development, technical management, project management and product administration
Support the delivery of the CRM product strategy and sales of CRM solutions through the Client Partnership team to existing and new clients
Provide support to the Business Analysts by providing input for CRM, such as assisting with the business case, eliciting client & internal requirements, translating & simplifying requirements and performing requirements analysis
Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders
Delivery of internal and external training on CRM solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following;

Essential

Be an experienced manager who has lead a team of 5+ people
At least 5 years experience in CRM Product Development and Management; Working technical knowledge of CRM applications
Experience working for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company
Tertiary Degree in Marketing/Communications/IT
Client management, building and maintaining strong partnerships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Structured training in strategic marketing/sales disciplines
Desired

Experience working in the Superannuation sector
Experience in managing a product budget
Understanding of customer analysis and its application in a CRM and customer experience context
Proven track record in Sales/Consultancy or Product Marketing
