CRM Operations Specialist

This role is located in Germany and it is for 3 to 6 months fulltime on site. There is a possibility to work 4 days on site and 1 day from home.

This role is key to the successful implementation of the CRM Strategy in Global Brand Marketing and is responsible for maximizing the results (as measured primarily by database growth but also incremental sales, ROI, LTV, NPS) of CRM campaigns across the different categories of the company:
• Ensure CRM is integrated in everything we do, maximizing every opportunity to capture consumer data e.g. Football World Cup, product launch campaigns, brand campaigns etc
• Act as representative of the Brand, Publishing and Relationship Marketing (BPRM) Team when interacting with Brand Marketing.
• Ensure that data capture is included in all Brand Marketing activities (global and local) in the most effective way possible and that an on-going contact strategy is in place for consumers who register
• Act as consumer champion in Brand Marketing to ensure that the consumer is at the heart of everything we do

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of effective data capture activities in collaboration with Brand Marketing, the Markets, external agencies and the Global IT
• Ensure correct set up for data capture activities so that consumers receive the right messages at the right time.
• Work closely with the Marketing Services Provider (MSP) acting as a single point of contact between Brand Marketing and the MSP. Brief direct-to-consumer campaigns on behalf of Brand Marketing and monitor the MSP on all aspects of campaign management operations to ensure maximum results are achieved and high quality standards are maintained
• Ensure SMART CRM KPIs are built into all data capture and campaign activities and work with the analytics team to track, report and analyse results.
• In line with the global CRM Strategy, and in collaboration with eCom, Own Retail, Wholesale and Brand counterparts, maintain a global annual CRM calendar across all categories and sales channels.
• Work within BPRM team to ensure efficiencies across all team touchpoints
• Act as primary contact for markets not on the short range CRM roll out plan to support with CRM best practice and data capture implementation.
• Maintain cost and budget overview and manage correct invoicing from MSP for Brand Marketing activities.
• Maintain CRM toolkit documentation up to date and ensure distribution to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, eCommerce, Retail and Wholesale counterparts to develop personally relevant, inspiring content and consumer experiences to be used across multi-channel CRM activities
