We are looking for a CRM Specialist in San Diego for our retail client. This will be a contract position of 5 months.
Brief Description: Position Purpose: The CRM Marketing Specialist will support the CRM team in developing and implementing CRM programs with specific focus on email marketing. This includes taking the lead on coordinating, executing and reporting on email marketing campaigns, as well as assisting the CRM Manager with seasonal planning, creative direction and overall CRM marketing strategy.
Primary Tasks: 1. Assist CRM Manager in the development of customer communication strategies via direct mail, email, POS, mobile, and online – driving incremental profit and customer retention. 2. Responsible for coordinating email marketing calendar among multiple cross-functional teams, creating the optimal customer contact experience. 3. Manage email creative and production planning and scheduling process, working cross functionally at each stage in the process. 4. Develop campaign performance reports and provide regular campaign analysis, complete with insights and recommendations. 5. Responsible for accurate tracking and processing of invoices and contracts associated with CRM email campaigns. 6. Manage UPC process to ensure on-time testing and execution. 7. Work with CRM circulation team to aid in the correct selection of targeted customer groups by campaign.

Required Skills: Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years of general marketing experience with at least 1+ years email marketing experience, including segmentation, lift and testing experience. • Understanding of Email marketing operations, technology, and campaign platforms (e.g. Unica, Oracle, eDialog, Epsilon, Responsys). • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstrated ease, facility, and interest in working with data. • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and ambiguous environment. • Experience in project management, planning, and process improvement, as well as problem analysis and resolution experience at both a strategic and functional level is preferred.
