The Global Online Team is looking for a Marketing Manager to work with the Sr. Manager, Online Marketing to plan, execute, and report on online direct marketing & CRM campaigns our Client’s ecommerce channel. The Marketing Manager will be heavily involved in executing both acquisition marketing and CRM strategies, leveraging media channels including email, SEM, affiliates, display, franchise sites, and the Client Application. He or she will develop strong collaborative relationships within the ecommerce team, with central marketing teams, and franchise site owners to execute marketing and CRM strategies that assist Client in achieving key business objectives. He / she will be based in our central offices in Redwood City, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Our Client’s fastest growing channels, Direct-to-Consumer Online platform. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Online Marketing, the ideal candidate will have to be extremely analytical, resourceful, and detail-orientated. He / she should have a proven track record of excelling under a fast-paced environment and being able to project-manage among various stakeholders cross functionally. Responsibilities of this role include: •Work closely with Sr. Manager, Online Marketing to develop and execute acquisition marketing and CRM programs for the direct-to-consumer channel in alignment with product strategy and sales targets. •Collaborate with the Client development team to define business requirements and roadmap for the Client Application, with features supporting CRM rollout plan. •Work closely with the analytics team to define, understand and implement customer segmentation across all stages of the customer lifecycle •Implement direct marketing (SEM, Display, Affiliate, email) & CRM campaigns throughout the player life-cycle to increase life-time values. •Implement Client customer retention strategy and loyalty program on all products and brands in order to maximize customer lifetime values. •Identify opportunities to increase our client’s revenue •Compile and report on campaign metrics and KPI’s and ensure ongoing optimization. •Track and manage the marketing budget, providing analysis and input. •Partner with Site Management and Store Merchandizers to support the development of merchandizing plans to improve conversions and user-experience. •Coordinate and drive alignment with Site Management, Central Marketing Teams, Partner Marketing, and Operations to develop and launch offers, promotions, and giveaways to drive profitable customer acquisition and retention programs. Required Skills and Experience •Bachelor Degree in Business related field •5+ years of experience in a similar role, direct marketing, email marketing, and/or CRM with online; e-commerce focus •Experience with developing and executing successful ROI-driven marketing campaigns •Strong understanding of Internet-based consumer behavior and direct marketing •Understanding of the entertainment section and a passion for the video game industry •Expertise in online metrics and best practices. Understanding of ecommerce practices and trends. •Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Comfortable with numbers and is able to carry out complex analysis with minimal guidance. •Self-started and is proactive and resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through.
