CRM Marketing Campaign Analyst

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Campaign Analyst professional.

The CRM Marketing Campaign Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive CRM campaigns and programs across business units.

Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar of CRM marketing campaigns for key brands
• Partner with research and analytics teams to identify audience segments for marketing campaigns
• Leverage best practices and audience science to improve email open rate and click-thru performance
• Execute email marketing campaigns, including set-up, testing, and deployment
• Improve existing business process and drive efficiencies, consistency, and better performance
• Create and distribute reports on the performance of CRM campaigns
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, execute and analyze consumer surveys administered by business units
• Other projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in email marketing
• Proficiency with web analytic tools, marketing analytics/metrics, and standard marketing KPI’s with various online and offline channels
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong competence in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong understanding of email marketing landscape – experience with existing tools and understand general trends in the industry
• Intermediate HTML skills
• Basic SQL knowledge and/or database structure understanding
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Thoroughness and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Omniture or other web analytics platforms
• Familiarity with MicroStrategy
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience at a media agency or television network
• Experience and interest in social media and social marketing
• Understanding of Optimization tools such as Omniutre’s Test&Target or Optimizely

Note – that this job is going to be 20-30 hour a week at first, but we’d love the candidate to be open to the possibility of going to 40 hours in a few months.

Required Education:
• BS/BA degree in marketing/information systems or 2+ years marketing or relevant technical experience
