Our client is a leading consumer finance provider based in Kings Cross, who is now looking for an ambitious and digitally savvy CRM Manager to join their growing team.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for the build, execution and delivery of all digital CRM activity across the brand. You will build, manage and show best practice on campaigns within the CRM platform (Salesforce), which is just being newly implemented.

Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible for all digital campaign and journey / automated activity set up on the platform, working directly with the Marketing team to support the execution of strategies.
• Supporting the management of the campaign process for existing customer activity.
• Direct accountability on ensuring that all campaign activity and tests are executed flawlessly, which drive the CRM team's key KPIs (maximising customer lifetime value and profitability / activation rates etc).
• Managing all delivery reporting of digital activity and responsibility for improving processes and deliverability rates across the board.
• Supporting online account management website and app optimisation, providing marketing best practice and experience to drive uptake across digital channels
• To manage one digital campaign marketing executive to support campaign delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Excellent communication skills
• Stakeholder management
• Highly organised and effective in fast paced organisations
• CRM executional experience / management
• HTML knowledge
• Previous experience using an ESP
• Experience with Salesforce would be preferable
