CRM Manager - Global tech brand

A global consumer technology brand is looking for an experienced CRM Manager.

The purpose of this role is to manage global customer engagement and retention programmes across a range of channels and titles within their games studio.

The ideal candidate will be someone who understands customer journeys and the importance of delivering targeted multi-channel communications and can run effective and successful campaigns that engage and delight customers at all stages of the lifecycle. As part of the marketing team you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your ideas will be highly valuable.

Key responsibilities
• Manage studio communications to its existing customer base across a range of channels
• Develop, manage and execute the promotional and events calendars for all products and services
• Coordinate creative and production requests, ensuring smooth operation of campaign delivery and quality
• Track performance of CRM activity, looking at revenue, retention, open and click-through rates
• Work closely with the production teams (producer, product manager) and other marketing leads
• Build initiatives with the Player User Experience to use CRM to drive engagement and participation rates
• Work with other studios to build and execute cross-promotional campaigns
• Liaise with the privacy and security teams

Key competencies/experience

• Previous experience in CRM gained within an commercial digital environment that requires customer communications to support the customer throughout their lifecycle (ideally within the entertainment space)
• Passion for customer communications and ability to use customer insight
• Bursting with ideas on how CRM can be used to drive performance within gaming
• Good attention to detail and a keen creative eye
• Manage multi-channel and multi-language campaigns running across multiple products and markets
• Comfortable with evaluating and optimizing campaigns in a quantitatively robust manner
• Ability to work well within diverse, cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence upwards and outwards
• Interested in games across mobiles, tablets, console and PC
