Our client is looking for two Contract Program Managers, responsible for the initiation, planning, and implementation of key CRM Enablement Use Cases leveraging CRM technology and operations initiatives across the company. The contract is for 6 months to assist on a project basis. Project Managers must be available to work 40 hours per week (eligible for overtime).

RESPONSIBILITIES:        
·         Managing all aspects of diverse, complex Business and IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and cost.
·         Applies project management processes & methodologies to ensure Use Cases are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
·         Responsible for assembling project plans & teamwork assignments, directing work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, & escalating issues appropriately.
·         Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
·         Communicates with project team members and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
·         Responsible for tracking key project milestones & adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
·         Assists IT Leadership in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify & prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
·         Compiles metrics relating to IT project success and adherence to defined processes.
·         May track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
·         Provide regular status reporting on the Use Case portfolio, including budget consumption, schedule/milestone delivery and resource utilization.
·         May have responsibility for multiple large, complex projects with greater impact to the enterprise.
