CRM Digital Operations Manager

NOTE THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A minimum of 7-10 years of patient marketing, database marketing, CRM, marketing, account management, project management and/or other related roles required. Must have digital marketing experience. Provides direct support to the Patient RM Brand Leads. The position interacts with multiple internal functions, such as PCSS, Brand Managers, Marketing Operations, Customer Call Center, Legal, Regulatory and Commercial Effectiveness, as well as external, operational vendors, and Agencies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Collaborates with Brand Marketing and Media in managing and operationalizing promotion programs • Defines and documents business rules that translate campaign requirements into technical specifications • Develops and manages project plan and timeline; ensures full alignment across internal and external stakeholders and partners • Ensures campaigns are appropriately QA tested end-to-end, before going live. Maintains robust compliance, quality and privacy standards in handling customer information and programs • Identifies and monitors relevant operational measurements and business KPI’s, as well as, operational effectiveness and accuracy of the campaigns • Identifies and pro-actively follows-up on operational and campaign development issues • Leads weekly operations status meetings with all internal/external stakeholders; develops agenda and issues minutes with assigned action items; maintains a running status update document • Manages and monitors ongoing projects, tasks, and ensures pull-through of work requests including (not limited to): o Manages Inbound and Outbound vendor data feeds o Oversees relationships with agencies and database partner in the execution multi-channel, customer centric acquisition, conversion and retention strategies and tactics, working with various internal stakeholders and functions o Proactively assesses and recommends operational best-practices and works to ensure standardization and efficiencies across brands, a/o disease areas o Program Enhancement Requests o Program specifications and documentation for both online and offline channels o Program Troubleshooting • Provides ongoing support, insight and guidance to Brand Marketing regarding current program/operational status by way of daily interactions and weekly status calls • Provides guidance on execution strategy and approach, database functionality and support • Reporting and Analytics (Business and Operations) • Supports Brand Marketing with scope, design, and implementation of multi-channel relationship marketing programs (in collaboration with Marketing Database Provider and other 3rd parties) • The role is responsible for managing the process for Patient RM campaign planning, development, execution and reporting/optimization; working closely with the Brand team, Agencies/Vendors and the PCS&S group KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • A minimum of 7-10 years of patient marketing, database marketing, CRM, marketing, account management, project management and/or other related roles required. Pharmaceutical/Retail/Financial Services industry experienced preferred • Demonstrated project management skills to manage multi-faceted, complex CRM programs both internally and with external partners/suppliers • Demonstrated strong communications, presentation and, relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders • Experience managing third party data and fulfillment vendors, including database, teleservices, fulfillment, etc. vendors • Experience operationalizing email marketing, direct mail, data entry, telemarketing (inbound and outbound) and digital marketing programs • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Prior hands-on experience with off the shelf operational campaign management and CRM technologies • Planning, Execution and Follow-Up—effectively prioritizes and spends his/her time and the time of others on what is important • Develops accurate short and long term plans, forecasting and business analysis. Ensures timely execution and follow-up. Meets deadlines. Anticipates problems and roadblocks to avoid crisis management. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders • Possesses CRM technical and functional expertise in developing and integrating multi-channel campaigns, including experience with campaign management tool experience (Unica, Aprimo or similar)
