CRM Delivery Ops Associate

The CRM Delivery Operations Account team is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day CRM database relationship with the clients. The primary focus of the CRM Associate is maintaining a standard of excellence as it relates to CRM database services

The Operations Associate works closely with the Sr Associates and Specialists, assisting them in their projects, learning from them and taking on varied responsibilities that facilitate the delivery of projects in a timely and efficient manner. As such the Associate needs to:


• Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration with all internal partners and stakeholders.
• Assist the Sr Associate with their daily work and where appropriate, act as liaison with all internal departments to communicate client needs.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow by taking on increasingly complex and challenging assignments with enthusiasm.
• Run special projects assigned by the Sr Associate and Specialist.
• Assist in billing clients for all completed projects and services delivered to the client on a monthly basis, in accordance with monthly revenue projections.
• Provide quality assurance of jobs and reports.
• Contact clients as necessary to gather information needed to run projects.
• Have a basic, yet ever expanding knowledge of EEMS products and services delivered to a client.
• Understand EEMS processes and resources and the steps required to complete necessary tasks.
• Assisting with product testing.
• Assist in the maintenance of client-related documentation and schedules.
• Set-up, scheduling and execution of jobs through appropriate systems.
• Support other teams where required in the management of client projects and sales efforts.
• Provide back-up administrative assistant support as required.
• Provide job and time tracking support as required.
