CRM Data Operations Analyst

The largest name in smartphone app-based transportation, head-quartered in San Francisco, that is revolutionizing the way people travel on a global scale, is seeking a CRM Data Operations Analyst to join their team for a 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend to full-time. Salary: Range between ($60-75 DOE, 4-9 years years of experience required).

Responsibilities:
• Manage the process of daily campaign data operations across CRM

• Develop queries to segment the marketing data for effective campaign targeting based on deep knowledge of data sources and attributes and capabilities of datawarehouse.

• Leverage marketing automation tools to increase accessibility and usability of data.

• Improve data quality results by determining system improvements; identifying trends; evaluating, and re-designing work processes; implementing changes.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and data investigation/discovery to identify and/or explain business and data trends or anomalies.
• Manage, support and maintain data extracts for repeated requests. Ensure all automated data routines run as scheduled with expected results and troubleshoot as necessary
• Own the data integrity of our marketing program and elevate the quality and accuracy of our global communications
• Work with outside database vendors to ensure the accuracy of data

Requirements:

3-5 years experience in a Database Analyst role
• Industry experience in CRM/database marketing
• Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail
• Understanding of relational databases with some database analysis skills
• Hands on experience with Hive
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
