Our client, the world’s largest dedicated security technology company, is looking for a CRM Data Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity!

The CRM Data Analyst requires working through process flows on the Siebel/On Demand system to understand the AS- IS process and follow the TO-BE business requirement for a data mapping and loading perspective to improve the Sales/Marketing Leads data. Our mission is to make Leads data quality, validity and utilization a core objective and drive accountability across the organization.

Main Responsibilities/Functions:
• Data analysis, evaluation and manipulation to ensure meaningful data is presented -Collect and analyze data on a daily basis.
• Making reports that compile the data into simple and understandable format for the management
• Coordinate with all the other groups in the business unit
• Designing efficient data collection techniques specifically for the project objective
• Preparing reports in the stipulated time
• Great ability with number as to deal with not just simple calculations, but also with complicated algorithms
• Fluency with the On Demand system to be able to understand the issue and determine workarounds
• Develop and present reports in multiple formats – system dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ability to analyze projects, attention to detail, and organizational skills of daily tasks.
• You should be able to provide a thorough analysis, point out areas of improvement, and convey a detailed plan of execution.

Required Experience:
• Must be able to successfully utilize technical tools such as Excel, Access, OBI, SQL and others.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Siebel CRM; SaaS CRM knowledge is a must
• Ability to understand and grasp business processes and translate into meaningful reports
• Must be process-driven and organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 2 years’ experience in the field

ADDITIONAL INFO
• This is a 6 month, full-time, W-2 contract position located in Plano, TX
• This position is not eligible for telecommute or offsite work
