CRM Campaign Reporting/Analyst

We are in need of a CRM Campaign Reporting Analyst with SQL reporting experience.

• Provide analytic support for the review and QC of campaign data within MDB via SQL; transmission and processing of data files by vendors related to Fee service notifications; Manage all auditing and reporting related to Fee service notifications (Q4’12 – Q1’13); Manage email testing and adherence to Spamhaus/opt out requirements. Manage implementation, testing and auditing of new fees in Renewal Notifications.

Roll Over Project

• Provide analytic support for the review and QC of campaign data, transmission and processing of data files by vendors and all auditing and reporting related to Subscriber Roll Over Communications Plan and Strategy. Project includes developing analysis identifying eligible subscribers for treatment and overseeing the development of business requirements for Account Consolidations/roll over plan processing for these subscribers (Q4’12 – Q1’13)



Q4 Subscriber Opportunities

• Validate eligibility of subscriber entries for CRM sweepstakes/programs. Manage all data and reporting (SQL).



Analytics, Campaign File and Data QC, Data Queries, Campaign Operations Support

• Provide additional analytic support for the review and QC of campaign data, transmission and processing of data files by vendors and all auditing and reporting related to current campaign delivery and performance, population sizing and transactional data.
• Provide on-going and ad hoc reporting and analytic support for CRM Campaign Managers and Management ensuring data integrity and reporting reliability
• Be a thought leader on data strategies (e.g. what should we capture, how we should capture it, and how it can impact business/campaign performance)
• Define and document business requirements to support process and system enhancements
• Work with internal and external team members to identify potential data anomalies and/or at-risk processes; if issues are identified, root cause analysis will be required



Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree, equivalent work experience or a combination of education and experience
• 3+ years experience in a related role focused on business/data analysis and reporting, ideally in a high volume subscription based or data-intensive business
• High Comfort level with various database systems and analytical tools such as Teradata, SQL Server and Cognos
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Must be methodical, detail-oriented, well-organized and results driven
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact appropriately with business users and technical staff
• Be decisive and assertive and show initiative in problem-solving
