CRM Business Process Consultant (77571-1)

Serve as the Business Process Consultant for mid sized project.
Document and translate business processes into technical requirements.
Coordinate/facilitate cross-functional project teams of 10-15 people.
Define and articulate project scope and business requirements based on client-provided strategy and objectives, analyzing appropriate data as necessary.
Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions within project teams, stakeholder committees, and larger organization including Senior Management.
Identify, research, analyze and manage risks within projects/systems/resource changes and formulate solutions/contingency plans partnering with Manager and Sr Management when necessary.
Effectively interact and transact business with vendor/client partners. Communicate expectations and share information.
Manage project timelines, ensuring that projects deliver on-time, accurately and with the desired quality of product. 5-7 years Project/Process Management experience w/ multiple, technical development projects
5-7 yrs retail merchandising or marketing experience
E Commerce experience
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, self-directed
Strong presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with strong personalities
Strong leadership skills including interpersonal communications
Conflict management skills Experience with mobile web and applications
Proficient with Microsoft Windows (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
