CRM Assistant Manager

My client is a market leader in the Italian casual dining sector, they operate a chain of established restaurants across the United Kingdom.
In the past few months they have experienced great success and growth therefore they are looking for an additional team member to take over the CRM side of the business.

The purpose of the role is to deliver incentivised covers with increasing efficiency and effectiveness through excellent management of agencies and driving continual improvements.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Co-ordinate and implement the E-CRM programme.
• Ownership of the customer journey for all promotional activity.
• Manage promotional partners ensuring accurate implementation and maximise brand profile on their website, apps and communications.
• Manage and co-ordinate the promotional and eCRM calendar, utilising great project management skills to keep on top of schedules, manage agencies and manage feedback to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and capture competitor and market insights.

Experience required:
• Ideally a retail or hospitality background, with a minimum of experience in a customer facing commercial environment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or agency role with proven track record in managing eCRM activations/projects
• Developing insights into customer behaviour and using these to adapt activity to successfully influence outcome
• Marketing degree educated or equivalent
