Our high profile client has a hands-on opportunity for a CRM and Digital Marketing Specialist to join their fun marketing team.

The CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the CRM and implement communication campaigns across multiple platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Manager you will implement the marketing strategy with a key focus on driving ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will take responsibility for managing the organisations CRM platform data structure.
• Identify customer behavior insights from capturing data across the system to enhance personalised communications
• Using ‘best practice’ techniques to collect customer data that drives increased customer engagement
• Devise and deliver a customer lifecycle plan (customer journey mapping)
• Implementing integrated customer engagement marketing campaigns across - eDM, SMS, eComms and app-based push

Skills and Knowledge Desired:

• Experience with marketing automation / email platforms
• Proven end-to-end campaign management – acquisition, retention and re-engagement campaigns
• Ability to manage data projects with multiple suppliers and stakeholders
• Analytically minded ability to understand data insights and communicate to wider business
• Google analytics knowledge highly desirable
• Experience liaising with creative agencies
• Brings an inquisitive mind, enjoy solving problems and working in a fast paced environment
