Salary - £35K-£45K

Our client are a top foreign exchange service that provide both corporate and individual customers across a number of countries. With over 50 years of heritage and over 500 employees across the globe, our client are one of the most established businesses in their field and they are looking to add a talented and enthusiastic CRM and Community Marketing Manager to their already experienced team.

 

Role Description

Our client are looking for an experienced and commercially minded CRM Manager with bags of creativity  and analytical skills. Working across different tools and systems, the chosen candidate will be responsible for all CRM reporting and actionable insights. The position will also consist of taking over social channels from the current PR firm and bringing all capabilities in-house. This role requires a confident individual, capable of working across multiple communication channels and possesses the initiative to not only run current channels, but also explore and expand on new and emerging channels. 

The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing brand-consistent campaigns and all CRM reporting, they must also have experience across Google Analytics, e-newsletters, HTML5, SEO, PPC, IBM Silverpop and MS Dynamics as well as CRM programs. 

 

Skills & Experience

Our client are looking for an experienced professional with proven experience in a CRM role  and managing creative resources as well as excellent understanding and knowledge of social media and community marketing. A knowledge of the FS market would be highly beneficial, but previous experience within a regulated service would also be suitable. 

Other Skills Include:

  • Strong experience of CRM reporting and actionable insights across different tools and systems
  • Significant marketing and campaign management experience with a proven track record of customer acquisition within financial services
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Calm and confident under pressure
  • A target-driven individual with personal drive and ambition
  • Comfortable presenting to both internal and external colleagues
