PAY: $25-$30/hr (Based On Experience)

OUR FORTUNE 500 FASHION CLIENT IS IN NEED OF A COMMUNITY MANAGER TO WORK ON SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY!

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Customer-centric, creative yet analytical, this individual will:
• Drive the online conversation through continuous channel moderation and proactive posting across social channels with the goal of:
o Building, and maintaining a best-in-class social media presence for the
o Identifying trends and insights, and optimize social media performance based on insights (focused on listening to what our customers are saying)
o Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
o Growing engagement and acquisition across key social channels

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Owns day-to-day community management maintenance, including monitoring all owned social channels, posting to Instagram
• Provide ongoing key consumer, industry and brand insights and trends
• Owns editorial calendar
• Support innovation and technology initiatives in an effort to drive traffic, acquisition, brand sentiment, consumer engagement and reach
• Working with Social Media Manager and Creative to ensure cohesive narrative across social platforms
• Posting to social channels (natively and via publishing tools)
• Reporting out via social listening and publishing tool (Sprinklr)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in social media community management
• Live and breathe social media with an always-on mentality; passionate user of digital technologies & knowledge of social media best practices
• Experience in social media; social agency or brand social media management
• Exceptional skill in writing, rewriting, copy editing and proofreading
• Highly active on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat with a proven following
• Working knowledge of social media publishing, listening, and reporting tools like: Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Radian6, Shoutlet, or Sprout
• Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, while working independently and as part of a team; from tactical to big picture; and try new things
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Box, Google Docs and Facebook. Knowledge of Power Editor and Omniture is a plus
• Fashion and/or retail background is a plus
