CMS Project Manager

6 month + contract on-site at client location.
Up to $75/hr. DOE

MUST HAVE: Client is re-platforming their web site, including the Content Management System and is looking for a Project Manager with experience deploying content in Enterprise Content Management Systems (ideally AEM).

The ideal candidate will have experience with content production, working with Brand Teams, trafficking, SEO, DAM, content workflows, and understand content management and website best practices.
This person must work well under pressure and be able to drive business stakeholders and production teams toward a common goal.

Key Qualifications
2-5 years of digital agency or creative project management
Strong knowledge of web and mobile development technologies, including e-commerce, content management systems, search marketing, analytics and quality assurance
Demonstrated understanding of digital production and release processes, including direct experience with digital tools and technologies.
Have worked with an Enterprise Content Management System and Digital Asset Manager
Strong communication, time management and organization skills.
Superior oral / written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated. Ability to work well independently and within a multi-functional, team
Proficiency Mac and Mac software - Keynote, MS Office software, Scheduling software - Omniplan, Fasttrack or similar
Strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environments

Duties
Work with Stakeholders to fully understand the content needs of the future site. Assess the page templates and content areas and document the content needs for the entire site
Work with brand, product and digital marketing teams to manage product content development and correlating online user experience in close collaboration with agency partners
Plan out migrated content vs. newly produced content programs
Build a detailed project plan to timeline out deliverables from the different teams and align to CMS development schedule
Manage overall project priority list and action items
Manage trafficking and organization of production (creative and/or technology) assets.
Support day-to-day communications with internal team (coordinates meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, etc.)
Effectively facilitate the review and final sign-off of content; documents feedback and manages changes.
Manage scope change or project schedule in an effective manner. Create and communicate to production team members issue status, creative and code release dates.
Weekly status reports that can be shared across teams and with leadership
Ensure project is launched on time and meets initial project requirements. Keep senior stakeholders notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedule (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.)

Education
Bachelor's degree required.
