We are looking for a candidate who will be able to provide regular insights to inform front-end content programming decisions, rather than a CRM analyst or statistical modeller. Ideal candidates should be user experience/engagement/conversion focused rather than focused on CRM/customer lifecycle/churn etc. They will probably have strong web analytics and online engagement experience rather than SAS, SPSS modelling etc (although this would also be useful) and will probably also have some experience of publishing online content. They need to be highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with SQL, but certainly don't need to be developers. They should be comfortable providing regular reports. The ability to provide insight and analysis to optimise engagement should definitely take priority over technical development skills.
