Business to Business Coordinator

* Coordinate the compilation and distribution of consistently delivered Business-to-Business Communication vehicles including but not limited to the weekly Franchise NewsWire, the bi-weekly Franchise Feed, and other specific communications as needed. (15% per week)
* Assist in the development of large-format licensee and retail facing presentations including North America Licensing Meeting - providing guidance to Franchise Licensing and content partners in the development of roadshow and retail presentations. (25% per week)
o Manage the presentation request database as the primary point for all presentation requests
o Coordinate and facilitate check-ins with the relevant stakeholders, capturing follow up and compiling the final presentation for delivery or presentation
o Coordinate distribution of the all presentation materials - including all elements of the North America Licensing Meeting - Executive, Franchise and Content Showcase - to Global teams for local Licensing Meetings * Partner with content creators and franchise licensing in the development and distribution of content-specific presentation materials for use by the licensing and retail teams to support sell-in of licensed programs (25% per week)
o Review materials as they're developed; providing CP relevant feedback at appropriate stages
o Coordinate review with Licensing and Retail to solicit and provide relevant feedback for each set of needs
o Coordinate delivery and distribution of Pitch Kit materials in accordance with CP timelines and Studio security guidelines * Manage content rollout and screening requests on behalf of Stores, Licensing and Publishing and external partners (licensees and retailers). (20% per week)
o Provide central point for studio and management of CP-related screenings and content updates, coordinating attendee lists for Licensing, Publishing, and Stores, Studio requests, security and NDA coordination * Assist in the management of the bi-annual Franchise planning process capturing and distributing follow up. (15% per week)
o Schedule check-ins and track feedback for follow-up o Coordinate global distribution of materials
